~ みよし ~ タンメン As one of my facebook friends told me, it’s got big portion and tons of vegetables on top. The soup is light and tasty, and easy to put it into my mouth and suck. Very large portion, but I was able to gulp it down and finished with a glass of water. The noodles are moderately chewy and satisfied me with the texture. Seems like an elderly woman runs the shop and the atmosphere being around was cozy and laid-back because the shop is directly connected to her house, I mean, it’s a house itself in a good sense. She was easy to talk with and prepared an electric fan for me so that I could beat the heat. At the end of the day, I think I’m gonna rate this ramen shop three stars ★★★☆☆.
